Cavan Coffee was started by three brothers with a single goal,  coffee on their terms - no exception.

Since October we have forged new relationships with farmers, focusing on transparent green bean procurement, unreal quality from highly localized well paid farms and unpretentious sharing of knowledge and love of coffee.

We believe that specialty coffee is a community where everyone belongs and incomparable flavour is something that each person deserves to experience.  We achieve this by being inclusive while being experimental; ethical while maintaining high standards; informative without elitism.
