Excited for you to try our new light and dark features, both from Las Nubes in El Salvador! We bought these coffees last year in anticipation of this years harvest.
Finca Las Nubes is situated in Juayua, Sonsonate, El Salvador. This farm lies at an altitude of 1450 MASL, on volcanic loam soil. The farm is planted mainly with Old Heirloom Bourbons that are 40-60+ years old.
The cherries from this farm are processed at El Borbollon where they are washed and dried on clay patios under the sun.
The combinations of volcanic soil, high altitude, good processing, heirloom varieties and good terroir gives Las Nubes Honey a differentiated taste. It has a juicy body with a nice creamy Caramel Flan note, it is followed by a Muscadine Grape like acidity and an overall creamy and balanced coffee.
