Hacienda coffee is roasted at the exclusive Hacienda Sarria in Kitchener, Ontario. Using only the finest in-season beans, our coffee is roasted in custom batches to guarantee freshness. By collecting our beans from around the world, we ensure ethical and sustainable practices. Our in-house roaster, Dave Robson, has been roasting our coffee since the inception of the Hacienda Roasting Company in 2009.
